The historic Livigno granfondo returns on Sunday, December 14, 2025, for its 35th edition. Thirty kilometers in freestyle technique through the Alpine landscape, where passion, dedication, and nature come together to celebrate the beginning of Livigno’s winter season. Every year, athletes and enthusiasts from all over Europe gather on Livigno’s perfectly groomed tracks to experience the thrill of a true classic. The BWT Sgambeda is more than a race: it’s a tradition that marks the start of the season, when the white trails once again take center stage. Get ready to glide into the new cross-country skiing season.

The registration includes a meal voucher to be used in Livigno’s restaurants. The Sgambeda takes place in Livigno according to the following schedule:
Saturday, December 13 – 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 14 – 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Official Announcement
In a completely snow-covered Livigno, with the ski lifts open and the cross-country ski loop active since October, the 2024 edition of the event will take place on a 25km course, passing through the most evocative and spectacular natural spots of the Livigno area. The MiniSgambeda is confirmed, as scheduled.
